We help clients submit project details, review general scope, coordinate scheduling, and connect with available third-party service providers in Brooklyn, NY. Service providers are independent businesses or individuals and are not employees of Gexis Projects LLC unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Service Coordination

Gexis Projects coordinates service requests with available third-party service providers. We help review project scope, communicate with providers, and facilitate scheduling. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific vendor or service at any given time.

Same-day or next-day availability depends on job type, location, and provider availability at the time of the request. Submitting a request does not guarantee that Gexis Projects will accept the project, provide a quote, or schedule a provider.

3. Pricing

We do not publish fixed prices because every request is different. Final pricing depends on project scope, photos, location, timing, access, labor needs, materials, provider availability, and other project-specific factors. A custom quote will be provided before any work is scheduled.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project details, photos, access information, and site conditions. Inaccurate information may affect pricing and scheduling.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Third-party service providers working through Gexis Projects are responsible for their own labor, tools, transportation, insurance, licenses, permits, certifications, taxes, and compliance with all applicable laws.

Some services may require specific licenses, permits, insurance, building approvals, management approval, or other documentation depending on the project scope, location, property type, and applicable rules. When applicable, provider documentation may be requested or reviewed before scheduling.

Gexis Projects may help communicate, schedule, and coordinate, but is not responsible for damages caused by third-party service providers beyond what is required by applicable law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate job details, photos, and access information
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work site
• Communicate any special conditions or requirements before work begins
• Review and discuss pricing before authorizing work

6. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
