Gexis Projects is a service coordination and vendor management platform. We help clients submit project details, review service requests, define general scope, coordinate scheduling, and connect with available third-party service providers.

Gexis Projects does not represent itself as a licensed contractor, construction company, plumbing company, electrical company, engineering firm, architectural firm, restoration company, environmental remediation company, or any other licensed trade provider unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

Services may be performed by independent third-party service providers, vendors, subcontractors, or other outside professionals. These providers are separate businesses or individuals and are not employees of Gexis Projects unless specifically stated in writing.

Third-party service providers are responsible for their own labor, tools, equipment, transportation, methods, supervision, insurance, licenses, permits, approvals, taxes, and job performance, where applicable.

Gexis Projects may assist with coordination and communication, but we do not control the means, methods, techniques, procedures, or day-to-day work of third-party providers.

3. Licenses, Permits, Insurance, and Approvals

Some services may require specific licenses, permits, approvals, insurance, building access permissions, management approval, landlord approval, co-op/condo board approval, or other documentation depending on the project scope, location, property type, and applicable laws or rules.

When applicable, such requirements are the responsibility of the service provider and/or the client, depending on the nature of the request. Gexis Projects may request or review provider documentation before scheduling, but Gexis Projects does not guarantee that every provider holds every license, permit, approval, or insurance policy for every possible service unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific project.

Clients are responsible for confirming any building, landlord, management company, insurance, or access requirements before work is scheduled.

4. No Licensed Trade Work Advertised

Gexis Projects does not directly advertise or perform licensed plumbing, licensed electrical, structural, engineering, architectural, major renovation, asbestos, lead, mold remediation, hazardous material removal, or emergency restoration work.

If a request appears to involve licensed trade work, hazardous conditions, regulated materials, unsafe conditions, permits, or specialized approvals, Gexis Projects may decline the request, request additional information, or refer the client to an appropriately qualified third-party provider.

5. Custom Quotes and Pricing

Gexis Projects does not publish fixed final prices. All service requests are reviewed case by case.

Final pricing depends on project scope, photos, location, timing, access, labor needs, materials, parking, stairs/elevator access, service provider availability, special requirements, and other project-specific factors.

Any estimate, quote, or price range provided before full review is not final unless confirmed in writing. Additional charges may apply if the scope changes, site conditions differ from the information provided, extra labor or materials are required, or additional services are requested.

6. Client Information and Scope Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information about the requested service, including photos, address, building access details, project scope, timing, budget, property rules, and any known risks or restrictions.

Gexis Projects and third-party providers may rely on the information provided by the client. If the information is incomplete, inaccurate, or changes after scheduling, the quote, availability, timing, or ability to complete the service may change.

7. No Guarantee of Availability or Results

Submitting a request does not guarantee that Gexis Projects will accept the project, provide a quote, schedule a provider, or complete the requested service.

All services are subject to provider availability, scope review, location, timing, project requirements, and acceptance of the request.

Gexis Projects makes reasonable efforts to coordinate service requests professionally, but we do not guarantee any specific result, timeline, provider availability, or outcome unless expressly confirmed in writing.

8. Property Access and Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the property, including building entry, elevator access, parking, loading areas, management approval, keys, security instructions, and any required notices.

Clients must disclose unsafe conditions, pests, biohazards, hazardous materials, water damage, mold, lead, asbestos, structural concerns, electrical hazards, plumbing issues, or any other condition that may affect safety or service performance.

Gexis Projects and third-party providers reserve the right to decline, pause, reschedule, or cancel a service if conditions are unsafe, different from what was described, outside the approved scope, or require specialized licensing or equipment.

9. Materials and Supplies

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, special supplies, replacement parts, permits, disposal fees, parking fees, building fees, and other project-related costs may be billed separately.

Clients are responsible for approving materials, finishes, colors, parts, products, and any project-specific selections before purchase or installation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gexis Projects shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of use, loss of income, loss of business, loss of data, delays, inconvenience, or other similar damages arising from or related to the use of this website, submission of a request, coordination of services, or work performed by third-party service providers.

Gexis Projects is not responsible for damages, losses, injuries, delays, defects, incomplete work, property damage, or disputes caused by third-party service providers, building conditions, client-provided information, unavailable access, undisclosed conditions, or changes in project scope.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
